Refund and Cancellation Policy

Fees, Price Changes and Payment.

Fees- In consideration of the Educational Product, Subscription Service, any Professional Service, Online Clinical Training Programme, etc Customer will pay the fees specified at the time of purchase or renewal. Unless otherwise specified in an Order, ALARC may raise the unit price for any Renewal Terms to the then-current pricing for the relevant Services. If Customer selects a multi-year Subscription Term for an Order, Customer shall pay the total fees for the said Products & Services at the outset in lieu of being invoiced or charged annually. All fees are non-refundable once paid, except as expressly otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Price Changes- ALARC reserves the right to adjust pricing for services offered or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as a sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes that correspond to the completion of a promotional offer and/or changing or adding a plan will take effect on Customer's Renewal Date without any prior notice to you from us. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Service, any other price changes to the subscribed service will take effect following email notice to you or an announcement on the Site.

Payment- Customer agrees to promptly notify ALARC of any changes to its billing information. If Customer uses a credit card to make payment hereunder, Customer authorizes ALARC to charge such credit card on a recurring basis for all applicable fees and taxes. Except as prohibited by law, ALARC may charge a late fee of one and one half percent (1.5%) per month on past due amounts. Other than regular taxes imposed on ALARC, Customer will bear all taxes, duties, GST and all other governmental charges (collectively, "taxes") resulting from this Agreement. If Customer is exempt from any applicable taxes, Customer will provide evidence reasonably satisfactory to ALARC of Customer's tax-exempt status. If Customer requires a purchase order, vendor registration form, or other documentation, such requirement will in no way affect or delay Customer's obligation to pay any amounts due hereunder.

Cancellation/ Refunds.

If Customer terminates this Agreement or cancel membership at any time, HE/SHE will continue to have access to the service through the end of your monthly or annual billing period. LAWSPICE.COM DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH OR PARTIAL-YEAR MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR UNWATCHED LESSONS OR UNUSED MEMBERSHIPS. Go to your dashboard to cancel your subscription. Also, ALARC will not be liable to refund either full or prorated amount for purchase of Educational Products, Subscription & Professional Services, Online Clinical Training Programmes, Mobile Apps, etc for the default occurred on Part of Customer.
