Overview
This course introduces the Participants to the concepts, skills and techniques required to resolve disputes, the role of mediator, guiding process, managing emotions and using communication skills as an arbitrator or mediator. ADR is a practical method for helping people resolve their conflicts and attain mutually satisfactory outcomes. This course relies heavily on interactive methodology. It familiarizes participants with alternative methods of dispute resolution (ADR). The first part of the course examines legal issues involved in theory, goals and techniques of arbitration & mediation; the second half introduces participants to its practical skills. Through this course you will understand a cluster of skills that includes assertiveness, creativity, flexibility, empathy, and listening. After completing this clinical subject, you'll be able to help clients to find satisfactory resolutions to their disagreements.

It's Simple! Start your customized clinical course on your own schedule.
Once registered, you will be given access to the learning materials for the Clinical Legal Subject. The learning material shall include Reference material, Power Point Presentation, Audio-video Lectures & Practice Sessions. These materials will take you through a programme of directed self-study, and indicate how and where you can obtain supplementary study materials and access tutorial support to enhance your studies. Tutors are allocated for each module and are available to answer queries and promote discussion during the study semester. Details of the learning materials provided for each module can be found in the module specifications (located on the 'Dashboard' tab of the relevant course page).

Solve Multiple Choice Questions on 5 Modules with around 20 questions in each Module. The aptitude section focuses on your problem solving skills.
